My brother passed in May. Since then it’s been a horrible experience trying to get any answers. My brothers death certificate was signed by the coroner June 14th, and we still haven’t heard we could pick them up. It’s almost been two months. Absolutely outrageous. No information was given to us at anytime.

To my understanding Cresthaven is under new management. There are reviews on here from the past that aren't in their favor. That was then and this is now. Cresthaven did my Father-in-law's Funeral on Oct 23rd 2021 and did a fine job. John was very caring and helpful during our time of sorrow.
Very unorganized and unprofessional. We was left to sit outside for 30 minutes with no instructions to leave. No flags, no line, no police escort. nothing. The people who work here have finally gave instructions 49 minutes after waiting. They took us down a CLOSED road where the driver had to get out and move construction blockades. Still no police escort to help us get on the highway thankfully two nice people stopped traffic. You take the worst day of someone's life and make a mess of it. I hope none of you have to experience this.
Amazing is the word! Crest haven went above and beyond more then once for those me and my family have lost. Definetly recommended, especially when you're not sure how you can take care of thing's.
I have attended two funerals here within the last year or so. Both events appeared to go as smooth as possible and were professionally carried out. I would definitely recommend this facility to my family when my time comes.
To say that I am angry is an understatement, I'm so frustrated that I am ready to contact an Attorney to get a refund for the $3,500.00 I paid for a grave marker for my Mother's grave last year in October and still have not gotten. I have called and left my name and number several times for Bobby to call me back, which she NEVER does. My husband made 2 trips there last month to get answers but only got the run around. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
Half of my family rests here and for good reason. Great staff thats willing to work with you however possible to achieve a respectful, meaningful service. Clean landscaping along with burial/cremation options.
