Friendly staff and a fantastic Vet. Not as expensive as i expected, thankfully, so it's absolutely affordable. Makes having and taking care of my fluffy loves much less stressful and gives me more peace of mind in their health care.

I have no complaints about Crestline veterinary service so far lol. My dogs are new patients there & I have 4 German Shepherds & they needed heartgard & the required shots asap. It was all done just in time. It is a small place but oh well they are very nice friendly people did a good job

I love the work you guys do and how you care for the animals. But I’m constantly having issues trying to call and set up an appointment which means I always have to pick a different vet to go to. ‍

They have not answered their phone in over a week. I've been trying to get my pups records forwarded to my vet. I've left messages and called repeatedly but they are not answering nor do they care to release my pups records to my vet. Their voicemail even says that they might not call you back. Avoid this place! Every other vet in town is ten times more reliable.

I love everyone that works for Crestline. Have been going here for many years and they always make me and my pets feel like family here.

We are extremely happy with the service we received for our dog. The veterinarian and the staff were all very helpful and informative. They do not have a large waiting room so you may have to wait in your vehicle for a call to bring in your animal but that is a minor inconvenience for exceptional service at a fair price. I would definitely recommend it.

First time there with our newly adopted dog. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The vet was very gentle while she was checking him over. They took the time to answer all of our questions. Our dog seemed very comfortable. I definitely recommend Crestline.

Love this place. Dana has gone above and beyond for our Carl. Carl was diagnosed with a heart murmur and Dana was able to medicate him to treat his condition. He has made many visits regarding his disease, and there are times he has had to stay. I was never worried about him because they always have his best interest at heart. I’ve been to several other places and they don’t remember you or your pets often. They always remember us and Carl. When we call they always ask how he’s doing. They don’t try to charge you outrageous amounts like other places and are more concerned about your animal and how you are handling the situation. They will talk you through things and make sure you understand all of the information. They are very friendly and open to talking about other things besides just your pet. It is really just one of the best environments I have been in regarding vet offices. I would highly recommend Crestline to everyone. They are fantastic! The building may be small, but they have way bigger hearts than the other places around the area. I see people complaining about wait times. The patient in front of you could be passing and the family is saying their last goodbyes, or an emergency. On top of that, they are friendly people and are not going to cut off a conversation or rush an appointment. My previous bet would have us in and out in ten minutes. But didn’t know me or my animals. I didn’t like that. Crestline gets the time to know you and your pet without the rush. The new process of calling before coming in is great! Some people may think their animals won’t attack or bite another animal or person, but putting animals in an environment they are unfamiliar with could make the unexpected happen. So just try to be patient. Would you rather have a vet who chats to you and gets to know you and your pet, or a vet who rushes you and doesn’t know you or your pet?

This clinic is always so helpful when I call with questions and concerns. I haven't taken my pets here yet, but I've made appointments just in case. Thankfully, my kitties always recover but I always appreciate the advice their staff gives.

Georgia had surgery today at Crestline. She's home resting comfortably, thanks to the excellent care she received.
