This complex and its management utterly suck. It’s way to expensive and there are so many problems. Recently the mail room was broken into and it took management over two days to let the residents know. The management simply does not care and does not take any responsibility in their own job. Drunk drivers are constantly getting into recks all around the complex and it takes management months to get things fixed. My car was broken into a couple of times while i lives here as well. Management didn’t care either time. The complex likes to boas that they are a gated community but for a majority of the year one of the gates was broken. The entire complex is a shame of a business and needs to be shut down. housing is too important for horrible people to be allowed to own and run it. Please spend your money else where. Somewhere where they will appreciate you b
These apartments come with a front yard pool? Nope! That’s standing rain water approximately 3 inches deep!! And you’re going to have to wade through it if you don’t want to be homeless tonight because maintenance won’t do a single thing about it except ask you if you “saw the monsoon” no roads flooded this day, it was not a “monsoon,” you absolute dork. They run the sprinklers every single night, even though we emailed them that they were flooding the ground and creating a literal marsh. Now when it rains for even 30 minutes, the entire back area here becomes flooded and the water stops just inches from our door. Soon it will flood apartments and they will blame the tenants somehow, I’m sure!
The apartment complex is nice, but I had a very difficult time getting maintenence requests completed. For 40% of my time living there, they couldn't fix my dryer and refused to buy a new one. They sent the same maintenece person over and over and the issue was never resolved.
Resident for 4 yrs. Great, quiet, safe location. Very nice complex, including the apts. When AMC took over a few yrs ago, there were so many positive changes. Friendly office staff, excellent maintenance staff who are very quick and efficient in resolving issues, and the mgr, Lena, is beyond the best!
I am giving a 3 because my apartment was not the one I originally asked for prior to moving in. I didn’t want carpet and received carpet it wasn’t the cleanest when I moved in. It is very much dog friendly but they need to make people clean up after there animals or charge them a fee. It is not a kid friendly place and what I mean by that there is no place for kids to play other then the pool. Its a very quite place the people who work there are amazing and very kind and have always treated me well. Although when I moved there was different owners the new ones are great. Although I mentioned the parts I didn’t like I did enjoy staying there because it was quite and they treated me well especially when I went out of to have my baby they were very helpful with that transition for me. I wouldn’t have moved but I had to because I had to many in my household and need a bigger place. That’s pretty much it. Thank you guys for all you’ve done for me and my family I really appreciate you all and who knows maybe I will see you guys in the future. Thanks goes out to Barbara Reyes the most for everything you done for me. She is the best to work with.
It would either be “ No comment”, or “Do you get a bonus for the glowing reviews?” It seems like issues have increased since they took over. If you bring up something that is obvious, they don’t correct it and especially when it comes to some of the dog owners cleaning up after their fur babies. Car break ins have increased. They can certainly take the time to walk around the property, take notes and take action to make living there more welcome. Give props to maintenance- I think they were nice. Their communication was lacking- hear things from others on the property rather the office They need to do more reminders about the noise and quiet times from 10pm to 7 am
I have been a resident of Crestone apartments since 2020. My move here from hundreds of miles away was seamless! The office staff made it so easy and quick! Over the years Maintenance has been prompt and communication is precise. The office ladies are very communicative also and always on top of it!! The amenities are all year round and make living here enjoyable always. Thank you Crestone team!!
I didn't get my request fixed. No one called or put any notification on my door to let me know they tried to come and fix it. Which is interesting because when our rent payment is late, we come home to our name being openly exposed to the world to let everyone know we are late, but no notice that someone tried to fix something. I don't know if it is because my lease is up at the end of September and they will fix it after I'm out, or what. But, my request to fix the cabinet door that is very loose, was not completed.
The dryer still doesn't dry takes 2 full days to dry and AC dont work anymore
If I could press on 0 ratings I would’ve! This place is scamming their residents left to right! Me and my husband were put through a lot while living there and was getting charged on fees after fees! They will send you to collections for no damn reason and will never explain what you need to do or why you own an specific amount. They will just tell you to review your lease. The office stuff aren’t helpful at all and won’t make your living easy. Please just take your money elsewhere where it will be respected and will be worth it!
