Just wish Doc could have gotten my tooth out. He did everything he could, but with my gag reflex I know it's hard. The staff was great. I would like to have some quotes on cleaning and trying whiten my teeth and other services you offer. I know I don't have much coverage on my present insurance. Do you know of some place to insurance at an affordable price. Also do you offer anything on payment plan. Looking good forward to hearing back from you all.
Crestview dental is the best! They are very good with nervous people like me. I have sent my child's father there who never goes to the dentist and that's where he goes now. My sister and my best friend also now go to Crestview! He is great with kids, he was amazing with my 3 year old and with my 12 year old! I have never had a bad experience and I always felt welcomed there.
Whole staff is great! Had all four wisdom teeth removed and it was so simple and easy. I was told to take ibuprofen and acetaminophen for pain which worked perfectly fine. After the second or third day my mouth was pretty much painless. I don’t really need a lot of pain meds throughout the day anymore. I just take some in the morning and some at night. I have been fine. I called with questions and staff made sure to answer. Overall, I had a really great experience; especially considering how nervous and scared I was to have the procedure done. Would definitely recommend!
I’m going to write a long post but I’ll get to the point first, Crestview Family Dental has a wonderful dentist and great dental hygienist. I highly recommend. Now for my long post. I have always enjoyed going to the dentist, which sounds very odd to most people. My whole life, even when I had to have a root canal, I didn’t mind the dentist and the dental hygienist since I have always seen great ones in Huntsville, AL. When I moved to North Augusta, SC six years ago I worried that I wouldn’t find a dentist and dental hygienist like the ones back home, but I did. For the first time in my life my dentist cleaned my death when the dental hygienist was out sick. I was so impressed with him taking the time, I was sold on this dental practice. All the other times, the dental hygienist has been great. No sore gums, teeth shine, and I leave with an appointment set for my next cleaning. I found out about Crestview Family Dental from a coworker that had a dental emergency and Crestview got her in immediately. Great people at Crestview Family Dental.
This dentist office is by far the best. My child wakes up the day of her appointment ready to go see the Dentist…she says Singing it’s by dentist appointment day. Thanks for always making her feel comfortable. Dentist and the whole staff is just AWESOME! Thanks so much!
I hadn't been a dental patient in many, many years and was a bit nervous about my visit here. I have to say that everyone here was so nice, understanding and reassuring that my nervousness went right out the door. I had a short wait time and everyone got to work on me pretty quickly but took their time in explaining and completing their work. I would definitely recommend!
Amazing dentist & staff! Dr. Van De Graaff & his staff are all so sweet & put you at ease about having dental work done. Also great with kids! My kids have no fear of going to the dentist. They actually love going! I was traumatized as a child, & Dr. Van De Graaff & his staff have really put my mind at ease about having the dental work done that I need. I would 10/10 recommended to anyone. They are a blessing!
I was here with my daughter on 9/29/22! She had all four wisdom teeth removed. All staff was amazing and pleasant! I was grateful I chose them for my child’s wisdom teeth removal. She barely had any pain during and even barely any pain afterwards. The procedure was great and quick . After my daughter had all four teeth removed. She only needed to take her Tylenol 500 mg2x. And the ibuprofen 600mg maybe 3x. Barely any swelling took place. I would highly recommend this facility for all dental needs !
Came in for a cleaning and care plan, and the dental hygienist I wish I'd gotten her name was an absolute gem. She took her time, and made sure I was comfortable, a d walked me through each step, which helps me a lot. The only reason I won't give five stars is because they unfortunately don't cover fillings with Medicaid at this particular practice, which is unfortunate. However, they will provide referrals to surrounding dentists who do provide it for Medicaid recipients. Overall, the visit was worth it!
I have been a patient of Crestview Family Dental for several years now. Every experience has been very professional from entering the front door to my exit. The friendly and competent staff have been a joy to work with in all my dental procedures. I highly recommend this office in Clearwater, SC for all your dental needs. Tell them I sent you.
