Crystal at Crestview was so helpful to my sister and I as we preplanned for our parents. The marker design is a nice features so we can customize it. Also we were able to get a discount on the packages we chose. Beautiful area, especially when they light the cross up. I wish it stayed lit 24/7.
I have a great experience with Crystal Griffin. She navigated some difficult issues for me and my family, always helpful, always kind and understanding. They took the time to get us all the information we needed to make informed decisions, it was a pleasure working with them.
Noted the date of birth on my husbands' Mothers' bronze marker was in error. We had their original contract. It clearly showed the correct DOB and what was to be on her marker. MS. Crystal Griffin took my call, I sent her a copy of the original contract to her. She was very professional and informed me she would need to contact her supervisor. A day or two later I got an email letting me know that Crestview would replace the bronze with a corrected bronze marker. Ms. Crystal emailed me the paperwork for us to check it and make sure it was correct. We checked it against what Mom wanted according to the original contract, signed it and it will be mailed to her first thing in the morning. Thank you Ms. Crystal so much for your help with this matter
Crystal went above and beyond to take care of our family during the death of my brother. She had to handle a very difficult situation and did a great job. She is one of a kind!!

I recently worked with Crystal Griffin concerning the death of my brother. She was very informative about all services that Crestview offers. She personally helped me design my brothers plaque and she was excellent. These plans were all done over my cell phone because I live out of state. My parents and grandparents are buried at Crestview and I have dealt with them before. After working with Crystal I can’t wait to meet her in person.
A big thank you to Crystal Griffen for being such a blessing to our family. SHE has always gone out of her way to help with my requests. She calls with the most comforting words.
