Great service. My doctor called in a prescription to a mail in pharmacy. I was told that the meds would only be covered if I went through a third party mail in provider who would receive the prescription and call me to verify address etc before mailing. I mentioned it to the pharmacist and staff at Crestview and they recommended that I call my insurance company to check what my coverage would be. The out of pocket copay would have cost me $225.00 from the mail in provider. I never received a call from the mail in provider. Thankfully, the pharmacist alerted me and I was able stop the order and was able to ask the doctor to call in a prescription to Crestview instead for a comparable and more affordable medicine. I prefer to give Crestview my business since they are knowledgeable and efficient and straightforward.
I had such a nice experience here today! Customer service is so hard to find these days, it was refreshing to say the least. The pharmacist was so knowledgeable and helpful about our pesky seasonal allergies. She was so kind to me and really helped me understand what is going on and methods of prevention. Highly recommend!

I am a Practice Manager for doctors office near by and I do not appreciate the service I received when I visited this pharmacy today, I was asked if I were paying for my items with counterfeit money.... "How Humiliating" is that , and what makes me more upset is the fact that after she used her marker to mark my money she takes my money in the back to ask someone else to check it as well.... I will never recommend my patients to this location ever!! FYI my money was real how dare you people!!!
When I moved to NJ I needed a pharmacy as soon as possible. When I discovered Crestview Pharmacy I was amazed at the efficiency & customer service they provided. They are the best!
