Crestview Village Shopping Center

Need more life. Maybe drop the rent to add mire businesses that aren't major chains do the community gets excited to patron their neighborhood again. Good parking. Poor property management.

Dead area -- 80% or more vacant.. Crime in the parking lot.. Drug dealing and use in the parking lot.. Breaking into cars happens a lot. In 2 yrs I've seen at least a dozen car break-ins.. I only go there to food shop at Save Mart...

Although this place is starting to show it’s age so is all of Carmichael. The chevron station here is one of my favorites

Not many stores left in this center. Save mart is great though, always well stocked and nice staff.

Raley s is a great place to shop for groceries in general great store Sometimes if you catch a cashier the probably has a bad day she must stay home

Crestview village shopping center is a typical strip mall with several stores located there, and I am a patron of two of the existing stores. I eat at subway occasionally and I shop at their anchor store, save-mart. There are a fraction of the stores that used to be there. There are a lot of vacant stores now and I think that if save-mart leaves, the shopping center will fail. The storefronts have recently been painted and the buildings prettied up a little. Ross moved out a couple of years ago and it is still vacant. Maybe the rents are too high for business owners to afford, I don't know. But it would be nice to see the place fully occupied as it was years ago. I wish the owners good luck with leasing the empty stores again since this is a great location to do business.

There is still a Bath and Body works here, a long with a hand full of other shops. Big 5 and SaveMart. It's a costly store within a few blocks of two other costly grocery stores.

I visited Sally store and I loved to buy stuff there. Very good deals!! Go try. But this village or small mall is no longer the same than before pandemic, the stores inside closed or move out. Can be so good if someone helps to this place to bright again.

Place is almost dead, many vacancies, but the bath and body works here is awesome and convenient
