My sister was a resident there for quite a few years because they were the closest for visitation from me. There was always a constant turnover of management and staff so you feel like you're always starting over in getting a routine down. Total lack of organization and communication from them concerning inpatients. Also many things stolen out of her room by both the inpatients and the staff. Also her clothing was always disappearing from the laundry room and her room and they would substitute worn out clothing back to her in exchange for all the clothing that would mysteriously disappear from her room. Much thievery there and lack of control. The doctor visits were nothing but patronizing babble and drug prescribing to keep everyone "doped up" Stay from this place if you can.
They won't even take a call or message to check on my nephew, I live 100 miles away, way to far to just drop in!! Answer your phone !!
