This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had. They talked me through every step because I have SEVERE anxiety of the dentist. They didn't make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth and even offered advice on how to keep majority of them! I had an emergency extraction done today and even though my anxiety was so high I passed out the assistant Lauren was so nice and put a cool towel on my head and made me feel so much better! Thank you guys for treating me so wonderful !
I called today, hoping to get a dental cleaning, and they told me that they're not accepting new patients. That they haven't accepted new patients for over a year now. Then I notice that they only respond to their positive reviews on here and ignore their negative ones. Ridiculous!!
I love this practice! Everyone from Ellie the receptionist to Lauren the dental assistant and Dr Brandenburg are friendly and caring people who are excellent at what they do. Excellent dentistry! My son is on the spectrum, and they put him at ease so he enjoys going there. I highly recommend them.

Today was my first day going to Crestwood dental and they are awesome. Laken cleaned my teeth and Dr Brandenberg met with me after she was finished. He’s a very good. He explains in detail and he takes a lot of time with you to explain everything that’s going on. The office staff are very friendly. This is a great place to go to have dental work done. So happy I found them.
I haven’t been to the dentist in a while. My last dentist was always so hard to get in unless you had made your appointment 6 mo in advance. If you had to reschedule it would be forever to get in, which is why I think I fell behind. My schedule can change at any moment at work. I came here and felt so comfortable with the whole experience and I didn’t feel like I was just another patient. I was offered a numbing agent for when they cleaned the tartar off my teeth to help with the pain in the gums and I wasn’t pitched any must have products while I was there like I normally was when I went to my last dentist. I am very happy I came here and will continue to come for all check ups! Extemely happy!
Do not suffer rudeness when there are plenty of WONDERFUL AND KIND Dentist teams in Hagerstown, Maryland. My husband and I were called LIARS by the billing woman in the front office because we indeed had not received our bill- the office had the wrong address. After correcting our address we received a current bill that was due 12/07/19 today but my husband got TWO calls with voicemails DAYS BEFORE* the due date of the bill asking when he was going to pay it...they had never done that before and she was incredibly rude asking if he knew how much the bill was for etc. The bill is $37. 37 dollars not past due* will get you two harassing phone calls asking when it will be paid and if you know how much it is etc. It is Ridiculous to be harassed over a bill that isn’t past due.
Doctor Brandenburg and his team are awesome! Wouldn’t want to take this journey with anyone else.

You can't find better dental care anywhere for both children and adults!!
