I have owned several Crewlala collars for my dog and could not be happier with their quality and look. My dog is pretty active so I love that her current collar and lead has stood up to dirt, saltwater, grass and still is as good as the day I bought them!
Crew LaLa has incredible bow tie collars! I think we have one in every color! Their collars and bows are so well-made and they have an amazing selection of colors and prints to choose from. Crew LaLa also has wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them!

Great shop. You can buy there or custom order collars and leashes. I have 2 greyhounds and they custom made 2 martingale collars. I also wanted a skinny leash to match my 8 week old puppies collar, and they custom made that too. I had an issue with one latch and they immediately fixed it as I waited. Great great staff and store

I don't even know where to start. Before I even placed an order with Crew LALA I called and spoke to Aly Lossing. I told her I would be placing a big order to order some belle bow collars for my dog. I did exactly what I told her I would do. After placing the order it nearly took 2 weeks to receive any time of shipping confirmation. Crew LALA ships cheap- they use USPS. I never received my order and called Aly Lossing again. I informed her that my order states it is delivered and it was not. I even contacted my local delivery guy. He said he placed it in a parcel box, however, I never received it. I told Aly I would wait a few days to see if any of my elderly neighbors received it. I live in a community with a lot of elderly folks who don't check their mail on a regular basis. Then my sister was interested in receiving a few collars of her own and I told her I would place another order while I wait on mine. I called Aly again possibly 4 th time and told her exactly what I was going to do. I placed the order that day I spoke to Aly Lossing. The next day I called Aly to tell her I placed the order. WOW! Things went downhill fast. Aly Lossing- is a complete rude, unprofessional person who doesn't need to handle customers at all. Aly Lossing told me my order was "highly suspicious and fraudulent." I told her well my sister paid for it and there should not be any problems with the order. Aly Lossing then started to tell me the billing address is suspicious and she needed to speak to my sister to verify the order! WHAT? After all the phone calls and conversations about me telling Aly Lossing what I was doing she accuses me of FRAUD! I told her I will have my sister call to verify the order. Right after I hang up the phone Aly Lossing sends me this email " Your order #41373 was cancelled because we suspect it is fraudulent." I call her back and tell her why is it cancelled now when you wanted to have my sister call you to verify the order? Aly Lossing tells me she has no control over the transaction and Heather Parker Crew LALA will have to contact me. There was NO contact by Heather Parker or Aly Lossing and this entire order was cancelled by the rude, Unprofessional Aly Lossing. Do not order from here unless you want Aly Lossing judging you left and right and making unfair predictions about who you are and why you are ordering from the disrespectful Crew LALA. Worst experience ever. I still do not have my large order package that I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Aly Lossing is the worst person ever to handle customers. Please BEWARE
I love Crewlala! We have purchased several collars for our pup. They are very cute and very durable! Our Golden was in our wedding and the bow tie was a great addition. One of the best parts is that you can detach the bow tie if you only want to use the collar. They also have great customer service if you need help with sizing, customizing, etc
Amazing collars & Bows! The quality and workmanship are second to none.
