Went in here in Jan for a a phone for my son. I bought it. Found out later they put insurance on the phone I did not ask for! I did not authorize. So they been charging me for this for 2 months already without me even knowing. Also they set up the account with a random name and pin and I was not able to access the account. The chick is just there for the commissions tbh
Charlie was very helpful from beginning to end. He helped me through my new activation. I was able to transfer my phone number from Verizon to Cricket and keep my number, and my phone from Verizon. I am so happy I got the new Cricket Dream phone 5G for free and my screen protector and phone case. I even got my HBO Max on my two phones. Party over here. Charlie noticed it was to hot into the store, he managed to turn on the air-conditioning. He was very nice and helped me with my payment process. Thanks guys. Theres another happy customer on the way out.

they were very helpful. i feel so relieved to get out of verizon! phew. i love that you pay a set price each month. and the phone i got is beautiful! i got $130 off when i signed up!
My sister went in this company to get her first iPhone. She got taken advantage of by Jesus and sold a charging adapter charging square for 39.99! You can buy one adapter at 7/11 for $4.99 and four adapters on amazon for $9.99. He knew she did not know anything about iPhones so completely scammed her. What a joke, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
