We came to this store last week and explained our disappointing experience with Verizon to Wendy. She was understanding and assisted us with all the care in the world. The process went smoothly with her and recommend to speak with Wendy to help you switch to this company. If I could rate her higher I would.

I’m utterly disappointed with this particular retail store’s bad customer service. I’ve been with cricket for more than 10 years and never had such a bad experience with any other cricket retail store. The retail store manager was rude to me.

I found this Cricket location via Google and went there today and was served by Glenna. Excellent customer service skills!! She has a pleasant demeanor. Glenna told me all I needed to know before adding a new line. Thanks a lot Glenna. It's Cricket all the way for me. Been with Cricket since 2007!!

Ms.Glenda was wonderful and helpful!!!!! Will definitely come back for my family phone needs.

Excellent customer service, affordable plans

Loyal customer for over 5 years and got treated so terribly at this location by some lady working as soon as I stepped in. After getting into an argument I requested for a manager and the manager was even worse. Don’t want to turn this into a race issue but as soon as hispanic people walked the ladies change their energy and start talking in soanish ignoring everyone else who isn’t. Terrible experience

Worest customer service ever, every time i been there i get treated disrespectfully,girl in there kept arguing me,when asking a regular question about the new line I bought she answered with a bad face expression ,suddenly when a hispanic walks in they be so friendly with them,it seems to be a race issue

Terrible service from what I assume was a new person. He didn't know what he was doing and didn't give me the proper information on prices activation fee, refund and etc. None of the prices on accessories was correct and he didn't want to return all of my money. He also told me after deactivating my phone it will be back on in an hour, if I had left there and had no phone I would've been more upset. I said our loud that so you are saying mt phone will be back on in an hour and manager quickly told him that doesn't work like that. But the manager corrected all of his mistakes so maybe people should still give this location a shot but I will not. Ask for the manager if you are not being treated fair. Don't remember her name but she is fair.

I had to purchase a new phone for my son who is in a Nursing home as they said that the Samsug Galaxy was not compatible! Supposededly they tranferred all his data to this new phone! All 400+ pictures were lost! The phone was a lemon! Never worked properly so sent back by UPS! Sent him a refurbished phone when his was only a month old! Now he has lost all his contacts! Was told he had to come to the store and they would help him! I'm sure the Nursing home would allow that! So angry!! Some one should go to him!
