Customer service can be fickle, feeling welcome starts the experience well but it is quickly turned into an ok or just mediocre rating when the employee/s lack the product knowledge to answer what seem like basic questions. While unable to provide detail about the products they are trying to convince me as being a better option, they were quite knowledgeable about their personal products and future plans regarding such. Warm friendly & misdirected. Better than dealing with @##@$$$!.

Billy was super helpful getting me my new phone. He did not have what I wanted in stock but called another store and made sure I was helped the same day. The sink you for great customer service Billy.

Got an IPhone SE and three months of service for $180. The website is definitely worth checking out.

I do not recommend this company at all. Failure for truth in advertising based on internet speed. I purchased a data only plan with advertised speeds of 4G LTE. This was to replace my DSL service in a rural area. When I connected my device to the internet it operated at a speed of 5 MBPS. I have great tower reception at my home. I contacted customer service who informed me that speeds were limited to 8 MBPS on all data devices. This information was not disclosed in the terms and conditions nor was it identified on the flier at the store. The customer service rep told me I could receive a refund within 7 days of purchase at the store. At the store the sales rep informed me that refunds on prepaid services are not allowed. We proceeded to call customer service again who also said they would not provide a refund. The customer service floor manager then proceeded to chastise the sales rep over the phone for even calling customer service. So despite their failure to properly disclose all limits on their plans, they refuse to refund the money I spent for service that barely qualifies as 4G. I am currently waiting for a call from the district manager. We’ll see if that actually happens. Based on the service so far, I won’t get my hopes up. Do not spend your money here. UPDATE: Cricket Wireless was so kind to ask me to contact them in this thread via their FB messanger. It's been 5 days with no response and no district manager has made contact. Again, I reiterate, do not spend your money at this company. They do not care about the customer.

Unfortunately, I was not able to leave 0 stars! My son just went to the Bremerton, Washington store and stated his needs to the salesperson.. specifically he needed an inexpensive phone that has the ability to have the camera removed. Shouldn't be that difficult since our communities largest employer is the shipyard! He purchased the phone that the salesman said would work only to find out after driving to Silverdale to get the camera removed that they were unable to remove it in that phone. Since the phone could NOT have the camera removed he then drove back to Bremerton thinking since he has been an existing customer for 3 years and since he purchased it less than an hour ago that they would exchange the phone for one that would work. NOPE! After speaking to the very unprofessional "GM" on the phone they wouldn't refund him for the activation or the case they told him they were "including" in his earlier purchase for only $5! He returned the phone and after paying the original total of $104..... they gave him $50.79 back and pretty much told him sorry about your luck! They lied to him to make a sale! That's stealing in my book! Pretty terrible business! I will share this review everywhere because I do not want this place to rip anyone else off!

These two ladies have totally saved my life they have went up over and beyond the call of duty and literally have made sure that I have a working phone that my account is set up correctly just everything they have been totally awesome I really really would recommend these ladies

Terrible employee Cameron! Terrible Manager Molly! Called because I'm a existing customer looking to add lines and phones! The manager tried to protect the very rude employee and then we realized she's the issue also! This is a franchise store and they refused to provide information for us to get a hold of the owner and let them know the very rude employees they have at their location! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE THE WILL LIE TO YOU AND RIO YOU OFF! It's not a company store!!!! I would give them no stares but that's not allowed!

Awful customer service they like to sell you extra un needed products, give out the wrong information about the products, and won’t do any returns. Looks like a homeless shelter inside and out. Can’t help with anything just a typical bremelo business.
