Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

I went to the Cricket store about a month ago to get a new phone. The store wasn't open till 45 minutes after opening time and I had to wait 20 minutes of that to even get in the door. The guy opening the store was busy putting the phones out on the displays and had me explain what I needed. He told me that if I wasn't the account holder on the account that I could not purchase a phone from cricket. He said it was "for security reasons". The same guy wouldn't sell me a phone the last time I was in there. That time it was because I didn't have my ID on me. This time I had my ID I had the password to the account and everything I needed but he said I would literally have to put the account in my name in order to buy a new phone. There are three people on our account. My step dad is the account holder. Anyway, ended up going to Greeley the second time and they sold me a phone no problem no hassles they were nice sadly loved ones cricket is not a good place to go. I hate going to Greeley but it's just a better store. I believe the one employee is the problem. His attitude was terrible as well. Not a good experience AT ALL.

Your employee. Ben, is so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He sold me my last phone and I would buy from him any time. He is asset to your company and I hope you realize what a gem he is. Hope he stays here at this location.

I fell behind on my payment and my account was suspended for one day. I pay and the next data cycle passes and the hotspot only works for one of the lines on my account. Spent 2 1/2 hrs on the phone trying to get the hotspot to with for my second line and it still hasn't worked since Thursday, July 13th, 2023. *Sigh* I guess it's time to change my phone service provider

Ben is amazing. He's always so nice and helpful whenever me and my husband come in. Def, recommend dealing with him.

Hilyna At Cricket wireless in Loveland was patient and helpful. We needed to add a new line and she went above and beyond to find us the best deal that met our needs.

Last night after work I needed to replace my phone on short notice and had excellent service from Sam! She greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and was very knowledgeable about which phone would work best for me. She saved me money as well as taking the time to explain and answer all of my questions and concerns. Sam even stayed late after her shift to make sure we had everything completed and that I was happy with my purchase. Not only did I receive excellent customer service, I felt that she went above and beyond! Thank you Sam!

I didn't think I would have such a pleasant experience at Cricket a few days ago but Megan was so incredibly helpful getting me set up with my awesome moto Stylo phone. I am so happy with it and the service is great!!! Thank you for recommending such an awesome phone and for being such a nice person.

We were helped by Patrick and Mark. Great guys. Patrick was great in answering our questions and being patient while I was on the phone with my old company. We felt so welcomed and we appreciated the ease of getting 2 new lines and our devices! Fantastic deals going on and we walked out with more than we needed and we are stoked about our new stuff! Mark was a sweet guy too with a great attitude, made us feel like we were definitely making the right choice! Give these guys a raise. They deserve it!

Blanca was awesome. She really knows her stuff! I decided to switch to this location for a better customer service experience, and I'm glad Blanca was able to answer all my questions and help with setting up my new phone. My family and I are very satisfied with our purchases.
