Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

No help at all worst experience with Cricket Wireless. I called to ask a question about adding a new phone to my plan, my question was very simple but the person’s attitude was horrible. My other question to him was as a sales representative what can you all provide help with in the store over the phone, they try to do everything online instead of trying to help there customers understand better what they offer. The person hung up on me because I checked him on his attitude. Please understand that it’s very unprofessional and I understand people may go through things but it’s unfair to a loyal customer

Been with Cricket for years...very happy with my service

I wish I could give zero stars. My mother, who is almost 83, bought a new phone. She had trouble with it from the get go. She went to the store several times. Finally, I went with her and one of the sales associate had the audacity to say it was operator error. They were so rude I walked out. Husband would have went off I'm sure. Finally, we were given a number to do a warranty claim. I called 2x. Both techsthey were nice did some troubleshooting. The phone would work for about 30 minutes then would not make or receive callsthat's the problem. Eventually we got a text saying one of the towers needed updating but it wouldn't be done until August. Turned her WiFi calling on and that has helped. She does plan to switch carriers. The service in the Goose Creek store is a joke. The store in Summerville we're much better.

Not helpful at all. They are the worst cricket store I have ever been to, and I have been a cricket member for 10+ years. The lady who was working didn't know anything. Couldn't help me transfer information from an old phone to a new phone. Zero stars.

The store on Redbank is the reason I dropped cricket. I had 2 phones and 2 lines, also purchased insurance for the expensive phone, it broke and I tried for 3 months to file a claim and the insurance said my account was wrong and cricket said it was but fixed, never could get my phone fixed because of the messed up account and paid months for 3 months of service and never got to use it and I think they should give me my money back. Also I don't know her name but worst worker in the world. I'm with T-Mobile now and I got a better phone plus only 50.00 a month for unlimited. Never going back.

The Goose Creek Cricket Store staff are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are also quick, efficient and are glad to go out of their way to help you. I'm so thankful for their help. They are % in every way.

Super Friendly Staff, they go Above and beyond to help customers. The girls go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with the service! They have have bilingual speakers too. Phones are always in stock unlike the rivers ave store will definetly be coming back!!!!!

My family and I have been costumers for a few years now and I have to say that they are the best!!! Great service, great people, and great coverage! Forever a customer with them! Thank you so much for everything!

Really good people got my Motorola G7 back in January forgot the guy's name in therereally good guy helped me out with everything that I need it and got me the phone that I want it the girl in there as well was nice friendly and she helped out a lot as wellwould recommend to anybody to go to this cricket wireless also good coverage good service haven't had any problems with my phone since I've had it loved it
