Sad to see this place close. Visited the $5 dress sale. The sizes are crazy tiny. I normally wear a large but could barely squeeze into the XL and XXL. Kip- we wish you all the best in your retirement!
Crimson Ridge has been nothing but amazing to my family. My mother specifically wanted something beautiful. They imagine what I had in my head and made it absolutely beautiful and everything I could’ve ever expected and she could’ve ever expected. They actually donated their own separate flowers to our family. And I could see nothing but the best about this place they are amazing. And so are the owners I honestly wouldn’t have been able to do any of these flowers if it would’ve had to been for them thank you so much for everything you guys did you guys are truly blessing
I am highly pleased with my flowers from Crimson Ridge. The customer service here is above satisfactory. Went to pick them up a day after I ordered them and they helped me load them to my car. They gave me a rose which just was just such a personal touch. I also stopped by to pick up roses in June and the selection was devine. They wrapped them so beautifully and sprayed them with water for an elevated tough.
We have been shopping and ordering flowers here for years as they are close to my parents home. The gift selection has always been second to none as are the floral arrangements, and gift wrap! The owners are wonderful and have become dear friends. I have always loved buying gifts for friends, family, and myself! here. Thank you Crimson Ridge!
I ordered flowers for a funeral flowers were beautiful. Everybody loved them. Will definitely order again. The price was reasonable.
I ordered the lavender reflections standing spray for my fathers funeral. When we arrived at the funeral home, I noticed that some of the flowers which surrounded the centerpiece were shriveled on the edges and browning. The rest of the arrangement was lovely but I was disappointed that there were multiple stems like this within hours of the arrangement being delivered. I called the following day to talk to someone just to let them know that I didn’t think that this arrangement was up to their normal standards. The first person I spoke with was gracious and said she would reach out to someone to have them contact me. I received a call from a gentleman who was extremely short and curt in his conversation. The entire conversation lasted less than a minute and consisted of him saying I will refund a portion of the cost. While I appreciate this, this is not why I called. I called to tell them that there were flowers that were a part of the central focus point that I didn’t think were representative of their standards. I have not lived in Rockford for 25 plus years and have used Crimson Ridge for multiple deliveries each year but will not use or recommend them again based on this experience.
I have never ordered flowers from here but when I am looking for a gift for someone, this is my go to store! Not only do they have the greatest selection of gifts for all price ranges. They also will wrap your gifts for you! It is the best thing ever because when you give a gift wrapped by Crimson Ridge people’s eyes light up and their smiles get a bit bigger! They support local companies and they are a local small business. So as the holiday season gets closer, don’t forget about your local small businesses!
This place is huge!! They have alot more then just flowers!! They sat down with me, to come up with a unique bouquet of flowers for my wife for our anniversary. They did an outstanding job on the bouquet and delivered it before the time I picked, which was a even better time. They have tons of puzzles, jewelry, crystal and to much more to write!! I think their costs are reasonable as well!! Great place and I will definitely go there over and over again!!
Beautiful items, clothes, designer bags, home decor, nicely arranged flowers, large variety of plants and flowers, friendly, courteous and very helpful staff!! Recommend Crimson Ridge over any other florist!!
I needed last-minute flowers for a funeral located in rural northern Wisconsin. The service took place on a Saturday. I was able to pop in on Friday morning, request two bouquets with sashes within a certain price range, and pick them up that afternoon. The ladies at the counter were very sweet. They expressed their sympathy and took extra care wrapping the flowers up for easier transportation without damaging the arrangements. They even loaded everything into my car. Pricing was very fair and the bouquets turned out perfect. Aside from a slightly flustering initial consultation to be fair the employee seemed stressed because the floral dept. was so busy, I had a wonderful experience using Crimson Ridge, especially considering the last-minute circumstances. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was helpful as well. I highly recommend the floral services here.
