Cristoforo Colombo Park

The park has something for toddlers and kids. There is one small playground and one large playground separated into a tot play structure and a play and climbing structure better for older kids. There are lots of swings and plenty of picnic tables and open grass areas. The spray park doesn’t open until 12pm despite the park opening at 8am.

East Park in Worcester is just awesome! Great spot for sports, chilling, and even catching a cool event at the amphitheater. Kids love the playground and spray park. Plus, that pond? Super pretty! Always a good time here

A really nice park on Shrewsbury St with an outdoor amphitheater and a splash area for kids during the hot weather. The park is slightly sloped but has flat areas for easy walks. Dogs are welcomed on a leash. The park is easily accessible for handicapped. A bus stop is located at the entrance. The granite griffins winged lions that flank the entrance are out of place since the rest of the park doesn't match their significance. The Griffins are originally from the Old Union Station and were arch supports for the train shed.

We went there for the 4th July concert and fireworks. Very huge park with a nice stage for the concerts and other events. This park also has a huge playground for kids of all ages and a nice splash pad as well. Convenient parking available nearby at the DCU parking lot.

It was great to have access to water sprinklers and a tennis court for the whole family. Other activities are also ideal for Cristoforo Colombo Park like walking, running, baseball, basketball and others. A number of restaurants and cafes are nearby, making it very convenient. Playground: Spacious and convenient seating areas.

Nice park, not too crowded. splash pad is clean and all-ages friendly. 2 playground areas; one for bigger kids and one for smaller tots. A tennis court, basketball courts, baseball field, benches, picnic tables, and a bandstand. Right on Shrewsbury street. Drinking fountains and public bathrooms as well. A nice spot to cool off in the summer and a good place to let the kids runs around and play in.

Nice place to visit during summer time.. The water park is open from noon till 7:00 PM and is managed by staff who are very friendly. The park is very well maintained and is a walkable distance from the Worcester Union Station if you are visiting from nearby. There is a ice cream cart sometimes too

This is such a beautiful, well designed park for both adults and kids. Visited here for the first and absolutely loved it. My kids had a long nap after playing here. Definitely visiting again.
