I went to crocs to find my friend a pair for his birthday. They are running a buy 2 get 1 free so I took advantage. The jibes were even buy 4 pks for $10. So I was able to personalize his and mines. Great colors and patterns and the customer service was phenomenal.

My first pair & I love them. The fur is the best keeps your feet warm. Everyone is helpful at the store and love when they have sales.

Great store with friendly staff! Clean and organized with a wide variety of things to choose from. A great atmosphere and environment shows proof of a well run staff, 10/10 recommend, especially with their buy 2 get 2 free deal!

Horrible customer service. The sales men need to learn how to respect their customers. Very rude people. I was checking out my size . Before I was done they were rude in telling me how I need to keep the slippers back on the rack. I will never ever visit this store again .

Busy, only a couple ok deals, mostly full price, but they had a good selection.

When we went to the store it was unorganize. Not a whole lot of choices. I'd rather shop online as they have way better choices than in this store. Plus you can't ask anyone for sizes as there were only 2 people helping customers and there was a lady displaying items not even asking as or helping us. I didn't have a good experience at this store. But maybe you will have or you had but I won't be coming back to this store.

Just had a really bad experience at this store, the sale representative Jason, had a really bad attitude with me and my family just because we forgot our mask at the card. We don’t have any trouble wearing a mask but the fact that he was rude we didn’t feel welcome. We came out to get our mask but only my 2 brothers when Back to make an exchange. I was going to get 2 pairs of crocs but because of this sale rep attitude I stayed in the car and waited for my brothers to come back.. customer service is really important especially for a business, a smile & a gentle attitude can take a business a long way.

Thankfully it wasn't crowded got kids charms within 20 minutes I was done
