Our firm was founded on the principle that estate plans and business plans should work when clients need them to work. Plans often fail, largely because of a lack of attention to reviewing and updating them. Life constantly evolves and changes; and so must plans evolve and change to be effective.
We developed Continuum of Care Programs to provide our clients with continuous, proactive legal counsel: the Family Counsel Plan and the Business Counsel Plan. We believe that our unique processes, and the relationships we build with our clients, are essential in helping our clients care for their family, business or both in a crisis or after a death.
