My father’s passing is still recent, so this is still very painful, but I am writing a review because Crosby N. Gray handled his final arrangements with such sensitivity, respect, kindness and elegance; from the difficult moment when they picked him up to the very end of the funeral. I've lived in San Mateo my entire life, coming up 38 years now... I have now used Crosby n Gray four times and have never had any problems. John Crosby and his staff are the sweetest most genle people you can ask for at such a hard time in ones life. They staff have been there sine I was a child going to St Catherine's in Burlingame. I think that says a lot about a company when there isnt much of any turn over in a local run company. They are of the oldest run businesses in the area and I've recommended them time and time again.
Professional, courteous, accommodating and willing to go ABOVE and beyond. All the staff, especially Lori - were extremely professional. Thank you Crosby N Gray for taking care of all the funeral arrangements for my mom with grace and consideration.
