Was having intermittent problems with my 3yr old Lasermax guide rod red laser, LMS-G43, and gave them a call. Debby, in customer service, helped me troubleshoot it over the phone and has sent me a replacement part at no charge. By far the best customer service of all the airgun companies.
I have shot airguns since my youth. Crosman are always in my stable. I ordered a gun from them on a Friday and had it by Monday I live about 2 hours from them to be fair. The gun 1701P is amazing. It is so accurate that it can literally put pellet upon pellet in the same hole. I shoot indoors at 10 meters and the gun is almost boringly accurate. I get 50 shots per fill and never have any issues. I love it so much I ordered a 1377 pumper to play with and customize.
Absolutely horrible Customer NO Service. I talked to 3 different employees at this place over placing an online order with them. Rude, dismissive and just don't care. I canceled my order and will shop elsewhere.
I purchased a LaserMax for my Ruger LCR, and there was a small problem with the supplied pivot screw. I talked to a guy at Customer service, and he rushed out a replacement part. Now it works fine. Great customer service.
I have been buying Crosman products for 40 yr&still own my father's&grandfather's guns. Just want to say this is an Amazing company w the world's Funniest products.keep up the Great work for another 100 yrs please.
Friendly people sign on door say receiving opens at 7 am I was there at 5:30 someone came out and said they will unload me now I was out of there in 30 minutes
ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE TO WORK AT. The second you get sick or have a SERIOUS health issue they will let you go. Period ... Even when they call ambulance for you !!! No care for their employees or their health or wellbeing. AT ALL !
bad company and customers service. I have one custom gun 2400kt with 18" barrel but dont like long barrel tried to call customer service asking to buy orther barrel but they said they dont sale barrel. I tried again to buy the benjamin marauder barrel .22 cal , in the web side the information told the marauder barrel is chocked barrel but when I received i used the cleaning barrel tool push the pellets from back to front but dont feel any chocked on front. They are lieing.
