Tom Jones is the Sioux Falls regional rep and he has taken good care of us. He pops in and makes sure everything is good. Very good customer service.
I've been waiting for a delivery for a week now. It was scheduled Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, and then today. I called multiple times today to verify that it would be delivered today, was assured it was. Called a final time at 5:50 pm and apparently the truck was having issues, and now it will be pushed to Monday AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous service. I'll never buy anything that will use this company ever again Edit to add: just received the TV and it is SHATTERED. Do not waste your time shipping with these people. And also never received a response from marketing either

Do you appreciate calling in for tracking and having agents always lie to you about when your deliveries will arrive, billing issues, ridiculous charges, and overall terrible service? If so, ship Cross County Freight!
I will never recommend a company use CCC. We give this company countless chances and they are ALWAYS....ALWAYS LATE. We ALWAYS have to wait 30-60 minutes after we close for a pick up and they ALWAYS over book their drivers.
