Loved the seats and the visuals. The line was quite long for the food and drinks as only one person was working on the cashier. The entrance is clean and updated with an open bar for drinks and coffee. Would have rated higher, but I got sick from the fries.

Haven't been to this theater in many years. Back then was a little run down. Now it's one of my favorites!!!! Push button and seat reclines and foot rest rises. Seat even has a tray. Theater was spotless including the bathrooms, lobby and food area. Screen and sound is great!!! They even have a game room. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible

I went to Showcase Cinema with my family to go watch the movie "Talk To Me" 2023 in theater 5 row seats 4 - 6. The movie was great, but too short for my liking, I hope they make a sequel to this movie. In addition, the audience was respectful, and enjoyed the movie as well based on their positive reactions. Lastly, if you want to come here with your friends or family to have a good time watching movies, then come here and be entertained.

I really like this theater. Went to see a 3D movie it was amazing. Although the refreshment stand is quite pricey, the bar area makes up for it. There's a cute small arcade section behind the tickets counter. The is clean and plenty spacious. I really enjoy the reclining seats they are too comfortable!!

I went for movies on Friday night, the movie was scheduled at 10:45pm. I don’t like the start adds so I decided to get there by 11pm. The manager named “Antonio/Tony” Mexican refused to let us in even though I had prestige tickets that I already bought. He gave reason that they close but yea they close way before time and they didn’t want to login the system as they just wanted to leave early. So basically he made excuse. When I asked for his boss info, he said I am My own boss. When I asked hi is there any way u can let us go since we already bought tickets he completely refused and didn’t even apologize for his behavior. No body holds them accountable for the mistreatment they do with their customers and I top of it they lie thinking that a person in front of them have mo common sense so they can make whatever excuse they want to make. He was reluctant to give his boss info and upon insisting he gave me just that location number. I wonder who made him manager on duty??? Who doesn’t know how to even talk to a customer. Very disappointed

Movie theater is amazing and clean. And the bartender was so helpful. I think the seats could be improved both me and my other party’s chair was broken.

I have been going to this theater for at least two decades now. The current remodel is absolutely gorgeous. The seating is great. The bathrooms are always clean and neat. The concession stand has decent options. I go to see early movies often and my complaints are that there is often not enough people at the concession stand during the first showings and they often don't have all of the menu items available for the early shows. If these issues are corrected, then Cross County can have a five star rating from me.

Love the recliner seats w/table. Atmosphere is peaceful, civilized people, its great! It's my new go to movie theater.

Great place to come for a first date. Great popcorn and extra butter just makes it super.

Lines are insane.. bathrooms were disgusting.. definitely not enough staff on shift. The fact that they have police there is the main reason I will never go back there. Like what happened there before that you need police there. Staff are very nice I must say. Very polite and courteous. The long lines, dirty bathrooms and police presence is why this is my first and last time there. I did like the recliner seats. Crowd was super ghetto. This theatre reminded of Whitestone in the Bronx in the 90s. Definitely taking my behind and my money back to The Alamo. Also no healthy food options. And not to mention at the end of the movie. Three Yonkers PD cars in the parking lot. No thank you.
