I started this gym in August. My goal for this year is to get lean & strong. I have been a Member at Lifetime the last six years. But this gym fits my unique needs. I have a very busy schedule, so I appreciate that I can just drop in & have a structured workout ready to go. The facility offers a variety of equipment, never over crowded and clean. The trainers are attentive, motivating and hold me accountable to my fitness goals. The workouts are never the same, so it keeps me from hitting a plateau. This is the first time I'm actually seeing and feeling the results!
I was asked by a friend last May to come try her gym. I was ready to get back in shape after years of being away from the gym. But needed someone to keep me accountable to show up and Just do it!!! She said it's only 40 minutes and you will get a great workout. I was in.. PS. i dislike working out i know i need to but really dislike the LONG 2-3hour workouts that are just time consuming. I am a working Mama of 2 and need to get it done. In and out. Not Only does cross-kicks offer a power 40 minute workout, they also have on-site trainers to guide and encourage you throughout your workout and help you achieve the goals you want for yourself. I highly recommend Cross-kicks to anyone who want to get a power workout and results. A double BONUS for me is getting to do some boxing and hitting the BAG!!! Also, do a SHRED it will really help you get to know your body, food intake and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
If you're looking for a specialty gym that gives you everything you need and no guess work, cross kicks may be perfect for you! This gym provides a personal trainer, no class times, and a different workout each and every day. The pace changes and the intensity can always be added or reduced to fit everyone's needs. 40 minute workouts each and every day and you'll see HUGE results. I've been coming here for a bit now, they put together a 90 day challenge this is my second time going through it and it's a great way to jump start your fitness and hit major goals.
Working with Kyle at the Cross Kicks Hoffman Estates facility was truly a wonderful experience. I am very impressed with his level of knowledge and the creativity he brought to each of my one-on-one workouts. I recommend the gym for it’s unique workout process, as well as personal training with Kyle. Cross Kicks is a great facility and the other patrons are very welcoming to new comers! Highly recommended!!
I had a bad experience at this Gym. I had to cancel my Annual membership because I changed jobs and my new workplace is in another state. Although I followed all the proper procedures and paperwork, The management of this Gym made it very difficult and I ended up paying a lot more months that I didn't use and I was not supposed to pay. Be aware!!
I'm used to weight lifting and gymnastics workouts so I was skeptical about a preprogrammed workout for people to come in and just do, but I gave it a shot because what the hell. And so far I have no regrets. I enjoy the energy the trainers give off and I enjoy the results I've been seeing. Highly recommend
Love the welcoming atmosphere and the variety of all the activities that are helping to get me into shape
