Beautifully maintained park right behind Gladstone DMV with a trail along the Clackamas River. There are a few benches and picnic tables along the trail. During hot summer days, you can cool your feet or take a dip in the cool water of the river.
This place is very peaceful, kind of hidden right outside around Mclaughlin Blvd, there's so many spots around next to a nice walk along the river. Lot's of shaded areas too as well which is always a plus.
Great walking trail and a few fishing spots.
I only rate this 3 stars not because it's a bad Park, but the fact that it's a small part of the trail around the Clackamas river and the fishing/kayaks, etc skill building pond. It's a good start though if you want to drop in the water for a short water play, use the rest rooms or enjoy the BBQs and tables, cross over to OC side of walking bridge and enjoy the trail in nature, but get I like the hiking, bike life. Good to enjoy family time if your like me and can't sit still
Beautiful view of the Clackamas River in the Gladstone area. There is a trail that zigzags down to river's edge. Benches and picnic tables. It is the end of the trolley Trail for bicyclists and walkers.
Nice park along the Clackamas River, includes a public restroom. Nice to ride your bike through to reach the Trolley Trail.
Narrow little park overlooking Clackamas River and beaches with shaded footpaths. Could be a nice little stop for runners and cyclists. I came from Portland and took the trolley trail down to Gladstone, finishing the run in Oregon City. It was a fun run and the last few miles the run along the rivers are awesome.
Always wanted to walk this park. It's a nice stroll along the river. You can ride a bike or walk the dog as well. Best part is, that it connects to Clackamette park about 1.2 miles away. Clackamette park has a boat ramp, skate ramp, RV park, swings and lots of other fun amenities. Great for family outings.
Nice, clean riverside park. Good place for fishing. There is a footbridge for crossing and pictures. Playground: No playground Restrooms: There are restrooms but they are closed in winter
