The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. Routine is the enemy. We keep workouts short and intense. All Programming is developed and designed by our Head Trainer Jim Kupko and tested on all 9 Trainers.
