CrossFit BCSO is a not-for-profit CrossFit affiliate located at the Benton County Sheriff's Office in Bentonville, Arkansas. It is open to employees only.
CrossFit BCSO is all about helping our people get more fit and hopefully better prepared for duty. Fitness is a passion for me, but I realize that for some, it is just a necessary evil. We also have folks who are into other forms of fitness and training. I respect that too. That said, if I can ever be of assistance in helping anyone reach their fitness or nutrition goals, please hit me up at work. I'm happy to help whatever your exercise regimen entails.
