Our technical definition is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.
All classes are one hour sessions. The first class of the day begins at 5 AM. There are sessions at 6, 7, 8, 4 PM, 5, and 6. We offer kids crossfit as well. Kids ages 6-9, and 10-12 meet M-W-F from 5PM-5:30, 5:45-6:15, and 6:30-7PM. The Teens class meets M-W-F from 7PM-8PM. Adult classes are $100/month. Kids classes are $50/month.
