CrossFit Fidelity is CrossFit affiliate gym located in Boyertown, PA. We offer training programs for people of ALL fitness levels, REGARDLESS of experience. We use CrossFit methodology and find that this system is best suited to those that are seeking broad fitness goals that are useful for many different functional daily activities & sports. We believe in the concept of General Physical Preparedness (GPP) and strive to create balanced athletes who blend strength, speed, skill and endurance.
