This is an excellent Crossfit box. Jack and the coaches do an excellent job teaching. Everyone is friendly which creates a good family like atmosphere. If you want to exercise and learn more about what you can do physically this is a great place for you.
Great gym for a drop in while visiting local industries. Coach is engaged and classmates are friendly.
This is an awesome place to train. I was in from out of town and they were nothing short of a welcoming crossfit community. I would highly suggest it!
