We are Cleveland Heights first CrossFit affiliate, located just north of the Cedar/Lee intersection and just south of Cain Park.
Our goal is to enrich the lives of the diverse and eclectic local Heights community and surrounding area by providing a safe, efficient, and effective training program.
At CrossFit I/O we don't care what you look like when you walk through our door. We have no machines, no mirrors, no cables, no chrome, and no gimmicks. We want you to be the best "you" possible for anything that you may encounter in life. Together, we all have the same goal; to better our lives.
We push the fundamentals on our athletes because mastering the basics carries over into every movement we do in CrossFit. We strive for perfection, because performing even the most basic of movements with strict technique not only reduces your risk of injury but also provides additional training effects beyond the prescribed movement.
The CrossFit program truly is for everyone. The load and intensity of the program is scaled to each individual's current fitness level, but the workout remains the same for all.
We foster an atmosphere of positive peer influence, camaraderie, motivation and friendly competition. Crossfit I/O builds a sense of belonging and family.
The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. At CrossFit I/O we are supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble, we are athletes….we are CrossFit I/O.
