This is a great place to workout! All the coaches were helpful and encouraging. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, they knew how to push you to challenge yourself as well as celebrate with you when you reached new goals. If you are looking to workout with great people at a great place, then this is definitely the gym for you!

Crossfit LaGrange is one of my favorite places to be. I have been a part of this CF community for 2 years now, and my only regret is that I waited so long to try it out. I have made life-long friends here. All the coaches make sure you are equipped with the knowledge and skill you need before you start each workout. Went to crossfit Lagrange while on vacation. Super chill, easily dropped in on. Gym was roomy, and clean, Free shirt with drop in cost. Exactly what I was looking for.
