Crossfit classes are structured using constantly varied functional movements at high intensity.
Crossfit builds each workout using three modalities: Gymnastics, Olympic weight lifting and metabolic conditioning (cardiovascular exercises). These types of training might seem a little intimidating, but before you jump to any conclusions about this program, try it out!
Our professionally trained and certified Crossfit Level 1 coaches will teach you each movement and encourage you to utilize modifications when needed.
