CrossFit North Industry is great! The coaches there are amazing - they're super friendly and always ready to help you out. They're also willing to answer any questions and give you tips to improve your form. The gym is also well-organized. They have a schedule that caters to everyone, regardless of their fitness level. The workouts are well-planned and structured, so you can get the most out of your session. What's even better is that all the members are supportive and motivate each other. You're not just working out by yourself – you are part of a team. If you're looking for a gym that has amazing coaches, a well-organized program, and a great community, then CrossFit North Industry is the perfect place for you!
2.5 months in - It was intimidating initially for sure, but that feeling quickly went away because of the supportive coaches and the members. They welcomed me and made me feel comfortable right from the get-go. The hardest part is walking through that door. Everyone is helpful and encouraging!! There are all fitness levels participating and you are NOT forced to do something that you do not feel comfortable with. They will scale/modify the movement to fit your needs. Awesome community to be a part of! It challenges me, it's addictive and I love it!!
I had a wonderful experience at CrossFit North Industry. Coaches and members were great. They were welcoming and very helpful to me, being relatively new to the culture. The gym was clean and equipment was new. All around great box.
I am still vaguely new to this gym but from my experience so far has been nothing but great. The coaches have been very supportive and helping me with my form and such. I enjoy the people as well everyone is very friendly.
Dennis has done an outstanding job of creating a fitness community supporting a mix of experienced athletes with those looking to start their journey to become more fit. My wife and I were part of the original CF North but had to take a break over a couple of years before rejoining the new CFN on Farmington Road and although we were nervous to get started, the changes made to the overall programming with more coaches and a lot more members has been great. We're happy to be back and part of the CFN community and thank Dennis, Rey and all the coaches for making our comeback so welcoming! Jim Findlay
I have been at CrossFit North Industry for about 2 months now and it has been nothing short of incredible. The coaches are so supportive and the community is amazing. This was my first time ever doing CrossFit and I feel like the coaches have helped me make so much progress in my lifts and overall viewpoint of fitness. The community is so welcoming and encouraging. There is a wide variety of skill levels so I never feel out of place. 10/10 recommend.

From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable. All the coaches have been supportive, helpful, and incredible to work with. It became so easy to make working out and CrossFit part of my daily routine thanks to this place! Word of advice, take the intro session and sign up - you won’t regret it.
Crossfit North Industry is an excellent gym. I've been a member at different Crossfit gyms and this gym is great place to hat the workout s safely.The coaching staff are knowledgeable. The dual focus on safety and high intensity during a workout is something I really appreciate about the staff and coaching. I recommend it.
Update: It’s been 3 months and it just keeps getting better! My pants are getting loose and my running pace has improved. I still have a long way to go but the journey has been fun so far. To be honest, all this CrossFit stuff is very intimidating. I was really, really nervous about joining at first but it was not long before I started to feel right at home. The coaches are very cool and the people in the classes are really supportive of each other. Every day there is a different workout to challenge you. I am barely a month into this, but so far, so good! I definitely feel stronger and better already. This is the investment in myself that I really need.
