Crossfit of Fremont BOOTCAMP participants lose body fat, gain strength, endurance and experience intensity, camaraderie and most of all support, & fun in a group class !!! You'll experience various styles of training such as HIIT, Tabata, Fartlek, Circuit, Interval, Obstacle course, Kick boxing and Sports drill training. Sessions include strength training using body weight, kettle bells, dumbells, plates, combat ropes, medicine balls, boxes, tires, etc. You will also receive nutritional information and injury prevention tips.
Crossfit of Fremont BOOTCAMP is for men and women of all ages and abilities. All levels of fitness are welcome as modifications are provided to suit by our coach with 26 years experience in the fitness industry. You will learn how to perform exercises with proper form and technique to prevent injury while being challenged to push yourself to the best of your ability !
Corporate small groups may be formed at various times/days to suit and are welcomed.
