CrossFit Reflexion is the genesis of co-owners Shawn Wilson and Jesse Udom, who wanted to offer a unique training environment that provides the motivation, information, accountability, structure and coaching to help you reach your goals.
CrossFit Reflexion is located in Beaverton, OR. We are a fitness facility that offers group, semi-private and individual coaching. Our workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements designed in a manner to help you achieve your fitness goals while challenging you no matter what your fitness level is.
