The Crossfit South Valley box located in Riverton, Utah provides elite fitness and nutritional training programs for youth and adults.
Mike and Sara have been Active in CrossFit for some years and have fallen in love with the Sport of CrossFit and the Community that surrounds every CrossFit Box. Following in the footsteps of some of their CrossFit Mentors they decided to open a Box, so in December of 2010 they gave birth to a Brand New CrossFit Baby. They named her CrossFit South Valley, after the Central Valley of California where they grew up together, dated a couple of times in high school and married soon after Mikes LDS mission. Life has been fast and furious with three great kids, two turtles, three fish and a dog. With the support of close friends and family and so many great people who have become CF Family - CSV is doing well and they are all having the time of their lives.
