CrossFit Tiffin is an official CrossFit affiliate owned by Jared Ruffing and Justin Ruffing in the city of Tiffin, Ohio.
We teach functional fitness in a group setting and scale according to each individual's fitness level.
Our class hours M-F are:
5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 5:30PM, and 6:30PM (Except Fridays)
Weekend class hours are:
Saturday: TBA - Open Gym
Sunday: Closed
Drop-In's welcome any time. Just come in!
