An important part of what we do at CrossFit Total Empowerment is “constantly varied” workouts. This means that every day brings a different workout (or “WOD”), incorporating any combination of these elements. At CrossFit Total Empowerment, everyone (including you!) will practice technique and lift weights, jump rope, climb, swing kettlebells, work on squats, deadlifts and dips, and occasionally even do crazy things with tires.
