CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. However, CrossFit is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience or level. CrossFit combines cardiovascular endurance, gymnastics, body weight movements, strength training & Olympic weightlifting.
All classes run approximately 60 minutes and are CROSSFIT ADULT WOD classes unless noted.
Class times are as follows:
Mondays
6am, 7am, 9:30am,12:30pm,5pm, 6pm.
Tuesdays
6am, 7am, 9:30am,12:30pm,5pm, 6pm, 7:15pm
Wednesdays
6am, 7am, 9:30am,12:30pm,4:30pm Crossfit Kids only, 5pm, 6pm.
Thursdays
6am, 7am, 9:30am,12:30pm,5pm, 6pm,7:15pm
Fridays
6am, 7am, 9:30am,12:30pm,5pm.
Saturdays
6:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am Crossfit Kids, 10:30am
