Best hour of my day! I have been going to this gym for over 10 years and still look forward to it every day. The coaches are knowledgeable, and the members are all very welcoming. The best part about CrossFit is that all of the planning is done for you and all of the equipment is already there at your disposal. To get started you literally just have to show up. Our members range from teens to people in their 60s because every workout is scalable to your fitness level. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
I had heard of CrossFit workouts for years, but thought it was for triathlon type athletes. I was invited to go with a friend and instantly found it is for anyone looking to improve their fitness level. Charlie and Mel have made it their mission to have a warm friendly place to workout where I feel safe mentally as well as physically to push myself. They and the gym have given me such a confidence boost. I love the idea of having a prescribed workout and a coach there to help me learn and do the exercises. Regular gyms don't necessarily do that, and I never liked going to them. I'm an oldie but goodie at 65 yr old and it has been such fun to belong to Last Rep. Everyone is so nice and supportive, and no gym rat attitude at all. The facility is great, so come on down and give it a go!
I cannot say enough good things about Last Rep CrossFit. The idea of CrossFit can be intimidating to some but everything can be modified to your individual level. The coaches are fantastic and make sure you have proper form. There’s a variety of class times to fit your schedule. My personal favorite is Noon This gym has become my family and I’m so happy to have found them 7 years ago. Come drop in and check it out
Just saw a post of Last Rep and got to thinking how I have never posted a review for this gym and they totally deserve it. Better late than never! I went to this gym for a short while and to this day I can say it’s been my absolute favorite gym to go to. The people were amazing, very welcoming. The owners genuinely care about everyone who goes to their gym and I feel like that is something so special. I loved the flexibility of the different times that you could go. I still follow Last Rep on all social media and I just admire how everyone that goes to that gym becomes family. I will always recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!
I travel all over the country for work and drop in gyms on a regular basis. This place is by far the best and most welcoming atmosphere I’ve seen yet. Every person made it a point to introduce themselves. I immediately felt like a part of the group. Not sure that I’ll ever make it back to Elko, but I’ll definitely be stopping here again if I do.
LOVE this CrossFit gym! Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. A great place to get started on your CrossFit journey!
