Our program and instructors strive to help others achieve their true fitness potential through proper nutrition and exercise. We work with individuals of all ages, ranging from young children in our CrossFit Kids program, competitive high school and collegiate level athletes, to seniors looking to maintain a functional way of life.
We offer several programs that are suitable for each individual, utilizing the ten standards of fitness; cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
