With a consistent focus on good movement and mechanics, CrossFit Kids provides a foundation that can create lifelong health and fitness habits through a sense of community and having fun.
Where no two workouts are the same, so kids never get bored, exercises consist of functional movements that are fundamental to all things kids do such as push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, carry, and jump. All movements are taught safely and under the supervision of a certified CrossFit Kids trainer.
