Wow! What a wonderful team! We were switching from a practice we had been with for over 10 years who we loved due to insurance changes. We were nervous to start over but Crossroads was phenomenal! The entire staff made us feel at home. They walked us through then entire visit and next steps! We are thrilled to be here!
Excellent experience. Very helpful navigating my insurance, felt that everything was explained well and there was no surprise billing. Great staff and great dentist. Would recommend to others and happy to support an independent practice.
Best dentists ever! They treat you nicely. They give good treatment. They listen to your needs. I had got some work done one day. I had a problem with the height of a tooth. They scheduled me in right away the next day and fixed it. I always get good work done here!
After a very painful and costly experience with A DIFFERENT dentistry, I was blessed to find Dr. Ting and Crossroads Family Dentistry. He and his staff and the entire practice is A-One in client service, friendliness, and, most important, expertise, skill, and creativity. If you're looking for a responsive team to work with, look no further than Crossroads Family Dentistry.
Dr. T is amazingly cool, personable and super smooth when it comes to his dental work, you can really tell he loves his job and his patients! Also I took my 12 yr old son to get his filling and Dr. T even called a couple days later to make sure he was okay and wasn't having any issues. I've never had a dentist personally call to check on us!!!.....this guy's the real deal, thank you Dr. T, you're the best!!!!
This place was a ten outta ten. The front desk was very kind and helpful. It was a pleasure getting to meet Maren, she made me feel very comfortable and gave me so much helpful information about my dental health.
I had a horrible experience with Crossroads dental. In March of 2023 I had work performed and was told I had a balance due of $500+, which I paid as I left. In June, I was informed that Crossroads would no longer accept my insurance. At the end of July, I canceled my insurance. Today, August 30th, 2023, I received a bill for an additional $200+ that was "Balance Forwarded" on 6/25, with a billing date of 7/25 and a due date of 8/24. What kind of business takes five months to send out a bill? Of course I can't talk to my insurance company because I ended coverage, and after speaking to a receptionist and an office manager, I was told this was my responsibility. And this wasn't the first time with the after visit billing, this happened several times over my couple years at Crossroads. I see their have been other reviews with similar complaints and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint. Perhaps someone needs to look into the billing practices at Crossroads Dental. I for one, along with my friends and family, will not visit them again and I urge anyone considering this business to look elsewhere.
They have declined to return multiple voicemails, messages, or emails. I just wanted to schedule a follow up visit for a procedure they did a few months prior that I was having issues with. I am now under the impression that they'll gladly bill insurance for arguably necessary dental work, then ghost you the moment you need follow up. I just got a text to remind me about an upcoming appointment, but I am opting to cancel and find a dental office that stands by their work or at the very least can return a single phone call I get it- things happen and correspondence gets missed...but that's why I reached out multiple ways over the course of a couple weeks. There are too many local dentists that accept my insurance for me to justify going to the single dental office in existence that makes me chase after them to set appointments. It's a shame, they do great work and are all really friendly once you get in there. It's just the getting in there part that'll leave you scratching you head.
Marin is an excellent hygienist. Dr. Tyng and his staff are amazing. They really care about their patients and their well-being.
First time seeing the dentist and I would say it went very well. First exam and they filled my missing filling right away. Also did a great job outlining how future appointments would go I need a crown.
