Crouch Law Office

I would be very cautious on obtaining Mr. Crouch as your Attorney, I’ve had a very unpleasant encounter with him. Our initial meeting to discuss everything, he was so unprepared, which should have been a red flag. He didn’t know anything about the case, he didn’t have nothing printed in front of him, and he had a note pad but didn’t write anything down. I can say he did talk a big game which kind of had me sold. I needed to renew my Guardianship in February and he had my case since January 5, 2023. Granted I had to get a medical examination form by my doctor which we received February 6, 2023. I would call and leave numerous of voicemails and emails but no valid response. I was wondering why was it taking so long to set a court date so I did my due diligence and figured out when the Court and the Guardian Investigator had openings which was basically every day because it’s Brazoria County. I called Mr. Crouch but I would always get his assistant. On February 23, 2023, I called inquiring about my Court Date because it was taking extremely too long and she lied and said that a Court Date was set and that she was going to send me an email. This was around 12pm, and at 4pm I received an email stating a Court Date has been set for March 21, 2023 and it was filed at 2:58pm that day. I respectfully emailed Mr. Crouch stating how I don’t appreciate the dishonesty and why was the Court date set so far out when I needed to renew my guardianship in February. I asked was that the only day he was available. He responded back and stated that that was the only Court Date available. On February 24, 2023, I called so we can talk and he finally picked up the phone and without saying anything, he stated that he has been doing this for 53 years and since I know how to do his job better than him he will resign from my case, and he hung up, not once did he try to fix the problem and come up with a solution, but instead throw his status in my face then hang up the phone. He didn’t do anything for my case but wants to charge me over 1k, he basically robbed me. Terrible Attorney please seek counsel elsewhere.

Mr.Crouch is a very good and respectful lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a top notch attorney for any legal matter.
