Crouse Auto is a DRP (Direct Repair Program) shop for many insurance companies. A DRP is a great tool for customers. They were created to make the whole accident process smooth for the customer! All you have to do as a customer is come in for an estimate, drop off your car at the scheduled time and pickup upon completion. Auto body technicians order parts to have here upon the customer arrival!

Crouse Auto Body offers 24 hour towing services to the auto body shop or the location of your choice. Your vehicle can be towed from an accident scene or any other location in the Elkton and surrounding areas. Crouse Auto Body has 2 rollbacks available and can tow up to 1 ton vehicles.
Ask about information on lifetime warranty on workmanship and refinishing. A copy of that warranty will be provided before and after your repairs are completed.
