The founders, David and Eugene Crowley, Maurice O’Brien, Joseph Esworthy, and Frank Shaw set out in 1953 to establish a quality small practice firm based upon integrity, excellence and service to valued clients. Mr. O’Brien, Mr Esworthy, and Mr. David Crowley were respected and successful trial attorneys. Dave Crowley served as Binghamton City Court Judge and Joe Esworthy became a Broome County Family Court Judge.
