Very solid especially for breakfast. Price is extremely affordable, got me through when I first moved to LA. I still go buy for steak and eggs and has browns when I am up early enough. They have a few parking spots and plenty on the street.
It's good for what it is. It's a place to bring a few friends, drink soda, and have a burger and fries. It's not complicated and the menu is easy to understand. The only issue I have with this place is that it can be a wait sometimes but it usually is pretty fast. Owners are very nice and it's moderately priced.
Ever have a Crown burger in Salt Lake City? This isn't it. Staff is nice, but food was meh. They do have a large, diverse menu, and I had a double cheeseburger. Two sad little, wafer thin patties peeked out from the bun. Didn't seem charbroiled at all.
The older woman behind the counter wiped her nose threw her tissue in the trash. She never washed her hands, she decides to take over for the cook, picks up the spatcular to flip the burger! I said wash your hands, she says no no no you go. I then noticed a bag of frozen fries that are no longer frozen sitting outside on the counter. I'm glad I saw this. If you want to get sick, eat here... otherwise stay away!
Inexpensive and local but not a lot of veggie options. The owners are very nice though. There's a tiny parking lot behind the building. Seems to be popular for breakfast and lunch.
Local favorite, this place has been around over 20 years. You can't beat the prices and the quantity. Owned by two super nice Korean couple. A must experience in North Hollywood
WHAT THE HELL happened to this place! I haven't been there in a while but the breakfast burrito they served me today was like a soggy dog turd in a tortilla. The only good part was the salsa on the side. That's it!!!! NO BACKIE JACKIE!!!!!
Love to come here. Not many places to go where I can get a delicious meal for 4 people for under $25. Hamburgers are better than some traditional restaurants
Hands down a superb place for breakfast burrito.. and everything else they make.see other reviewsi always customize my orders and over a dozen returns not 1 mishap. even breakfast experts have blown it with either over & under "eggs over medium" but not Crown Burgers. theyve been nailing my order every time. They haven't failed me yet and some how very certain that they wont.. Why subject your self to frustration and dissapointment. come here instead.. yes ive have dined around. pride of the south shoneys and wafflehouse. midwest's perkins diner. places in boston, n.y.c., s.f., and outside the country.
If you park at the Frist parking meter.and leave.and have a handycap plate. And you come pack you have a parking ticket. The owner of Crown Burgers pays a parking enforcement to give tickets at the first meeting because he does not have enough parking and his parking lot. You just beware you will come back from going elsewhere in an even if your parking meter. is not expired you come back with a parking ticket. Or you have a handycap plate on your car or truck.
