This is the worst example of a business. Chris, the owner, doesn’t pay her staff. She will take money out of their taxes and not owe them what they work. They will over price all inventory and will stack it in the back to resell when it’s 5 years old. tuxes are the worst for this example. Things never get replaced and hardly ever washed correctly. The business won’t accept reviews anymore on Facebook because things are so bad. Few months ago her power went out for the countless time because she won’t pay bills. Someone audit this place. And spend your money for your special day somewhere that will treat you with respect and not be money hungry. Don’t support this unethical “local” business.

We had a horrible experience with Crown Formal Wear. We ordered 10 tuxes and none of them fit. We had to send many back and scramble for pieces for the men to wear. Their excuse for the horrible sizes was that it was a big wedding party so they just sent what they had. They never told us to pick out a new style or anything, just thought sending ridiculous sizes would cut it. They also sent us shoes that were ripped. So those had to go back and we instead had to get a different color of which were not nice as well. The tuxes did not look good and our men had to pay $111.00 for junk. It caused a very stressful and unpleasant time to our wedding. I am extremely disappointed and cannot believe nothing was done on their part to make it right.
