I absolutely love living at Crown Point. From the minute I moved in, Kim, Jessica and Casey made me feel at home. Add to that all the major property upgrades that management recently implemented like the hallways renovations and pool, this has been the best renting experience I’ve had so far by far.
I LOVE living here!! It is safe, beautiful and the staff is accommodating and thoughtful. Kimberly does an outstanding job as the property manager. And Jess and Casey in the office are always available and kind. I think Alex, head of maintenance could fix anything in the world. I’m renewing my lease at the end of the month. and grateful to do so. I always say, you can’t pay someone to care. Elizabeth Lane
I've lived at Crown Point Apartments for two years. I'm honestly sad to be leaving. I loved my apartment. And mostly, the complex was very quiet. Occasional noise from neighbors, but that's apartment living! The location on 84 was accessible to so much: restaurants, the mall, and New York. As for the staff, everyone in the office was extremely helpful from the time I moved in to the time I left. If I ever move back to the area, Crown Point would be at the top of my list. Thank you, Crown Point! I'll miss you!
When I moved to crown point my plan was only for a year … I’ve been in my apartment for 3.5 years now and have zero plan of moving in the future. The residents are of all age ranges and the complex always has something going on. Food trucks, pool volleyball, summer parties. I’ve made lifelong friends who I’m happy to call my neighbors. And my two dogs absolutely love their home as well. They have many dog friends and the dog park is a plus! It’s right off the highway but it’s so peaceful as well. Highly recommend Crown Point
I never had any major issues with Crown Point until I moved out. When living there they would sometimes charge a late fee when rent wasn’t late and they took extremely long to complete service requests. The walls are also extremely thin. I just received an itemized bill in the mail and not only are they trying to withhold the security deposit, they are charging $1000 extra. One of the items included a door that they claimed was beyond wear and tear. When I asked for pictures, the door was COMPLETELY off the hinges and broken almost in half. They never contacted me about to ask if we did the damage. Obviously someone else did the damage after we left. It does not make any sense why we would leave the apartment with a door like that yet be asking for our deposit. They are money hungry. They also charged for painting and priming as well as replacing carpet. I will be having an attorney send them a letter of intent to dispute the charges. Do not live here if you can help it. EDIT TO ADD AS RESPONSE: The extra days you charged me do not equal $1800. You listed the door, carpet, blinds and painting as separate charges that all came to $1800. But nice try.
I love living at Crown Point! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I’ve lived here for 2+ years and haven’t had any issues. The gym, pool, and dog park are a huge plus and I will definitely be renewing my lease for the upcoming year!
I have lived at Crown Point for two years now and I love it. The place has a very serene atmosphere. The people are great and I enjoy the many incentives including the food trucks. I have recommended Crown Point to many friends. We are also very close to shopping & restaurants. Fabulous Place!
I highly recommend living here! The management and maintenance teams are incredibly nice and timely with requests. The whole complex is dog friendly and the neighbors I had were very kind. I loved living here, from the people to the beautiful reserve behind my building. It's an excellent place!
I rented from Crown Point a few years ago and when I needed to rent again there was no question that I was going back! Clean/spacious apartments, different floor plan options to choose from. Dog friendly! Jessica and Casey have been wonderful helping with any of my leasing questions. Alex and Quinn are always on it when it comes to maintenance around the complex. Highly recommend!
I personally have had nothing but a great experience in last 3 years at Crown Point. However, recently after the passed month with new management I feel as if the experience is EVEN MORE wonderful. Jess Ali and Casey are a great team and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend living here! Looking forward to more to come!
